Worst ever service in portugal

Worst health center. I visited at 2pm and I don't speak Portuguese,ni was refused service asking to come next morning.

Dr Elena is a horrible doctor she treats immigrants very badly and doesn't even want to look at your face.. I took a Portuguese translator with me but still she is not happy just because I don't know Portuguese.. I'm pregnant and this is the treatment I get here. Very disappointed with the health care system no point in paying so much taxes here... Portugal needs to upgrade with the health care system and not just have some doctor who hates her patients

If you dont know portuguess then some of the doctors will refuse you to treat. One of the worst service of this hospital. You need to come early like 6 or 7 pm to take an appoinment and they will close after 9 or 10 pm. Worst service and waste of time if you dont know portuguess

If we didn’t need to give a star to review this saude it wouldn’t even have 1.5 stars really.I don’t know how they treat Portuguese people but us immigrante they treat like very badly very rude I can speak and understand basic Portuguese but the doctor there was speaking very fast and didn’t want me to understand her..she was rolling her eyes when speaking and refused to treat if we don’t talk fluent Portuguese.I don’t know how she is still able to keep her job. My advice if you don’t speak good Portuguese don’t go there.

I have never been só insulte in my life. I was shouted at. And told that "If people who were Born here didnt have a doctor why should I"
Great use of paying taxes for over 3years.

Very Helpful Person They Email And Call Us After That They Help Us To Sort Put Our Problem Even We Can Not Speak In Portuguese One Another Lady Who Can Speak In English They Translate Us And Sort Out Our Problem They Deserve For 5 Stars.
