The dine in was closed for years, and only the take out dep is open. It is always crowded and the servers could be intimidating cuz they are soo busy but they are nice anties. However, the dim sum are always as good as before, and lunch/dinner combo are large portion with lots of vege/meat variety. It is not fancy but you cannot beat the prices here! If you do not want to spend 30+ per person for dim sum nowadays, come here for dim sum take out. If you want A affordable, quick, and ok Chinese lunch/dinner, come here as well.

This is a Hong Kong style restaurant food. If you are a fan of old favorites, you most likely find it here. Although, I enjoyed the food, I did notice that they use a lot of MSG which makes the food taste great but sadly makes me sick.

Buzzy dim sum restaurant with a separate takeout storefront. As of time of writing, they are open for takeout during covid. Their adjusted operating hours are 7am-6pm daily.

Don’t bother calling the number; we tried three times and no one answered. Instead, go in-person and wait in line. Although it’s long, it moves fairly quickly (waited ~15-20 min on a Sunday during lunch hour). Parking is easy since it’s located in the TS Emporium lot. They do accept credit cards. They speak Chinese and English. When it’s your turn, you tell the worker what you’d like and once everything is gathered, you pay in the line for the far left.

Food wise, dim sum always tastes better when it’s fresh off the cart, but this was a solid stand-in. The shu mai has a lot of shiitake mushrooms and the har gap’s skin is pretty thick, but the shrimp roll was good (I liked the sauce a lot) and the sticky rice was moist and tender. They had a limited number of items available so don’t reference the menu (alas they don’t have pineapple buns or custard buns, but sesame balls and egg tarts are available for my sweet-tooth brethren). Service is quick and to the point, so don’t take it personally if you don’t speak Chinese! Overall, it’s a good option for takeout but expect limited options and to wait for a bit when ordering in-person.

Food was good but the service was slow. It took us 2 1/2 hours to eat a banquet menu. We only had one table. We had the suckling pig that had to be preordered. Well worth it ...very tasty and yummy. That's all that was left...the head.

Good bang for the buck. Thee dimsum dishes are generally tasty. However, the service appeared to be somewhat understaffed. Come early on the weekend and holidays to avoid parking headache.

Came back on a weekday and they have lunch specials for around $7.50 (includes rice and soup). We were 4 people so they gave us a huge pot with rice and another big one for a meat&veggie soup. We got the eggs with shrimp (delicious, soft and juicy eggs) and the fish fillet. We also got a duck with tofu that was delicious. Very full and lots of leftovers.

While I'm not a fan of dim sum, everyone in my 7 people table loved it. It was pretty cheap ($60) for all 7 with lots of small dishes of dimsun and some HK bbq meat (duck and chasiu pork).
There was a huge wait on a Saturday afternoon but it took about 20 or 30min to get in. Once seated the wait is not long.
The crowd eating here is vastly asian, partially because Rowland heights is a very asian town, but it also tells you it is authentic ^^
You get a huge menu and a paper where you select the food you want. Good luck ordering haha
