triple failure: eat del taco every week it a favorite chain..

Went around 8pm on a weekday to the drivethru. We were greeted quickly and ordered some burritos and tacos. The only delay we experienced was short (2 minutes), as production were making a new batch of fries when we ordered.
Nothing was wrong with the order.
I even typically assume that their specialty burritos will sometimes be made "sideways," as in ingredients being spaced unequally throughout, but did not encounter that this time. Zero complaints, even with a last-second alteration to part of the order.
It is possible that this was simply "right place right time," as having experience in food service has made me aware of how often skeleton crews are employed to handle customer volume that would typically warrant staffing twice or three times the size of allocated labor budget (why would pay more employees when we could simply overwork key staff until they quit in contempt). But I specifically wanted to try this location, as establishments that have gained low ratings pull at my curiosity sometimes.

Your employees,female with pink jacket throw the food on the counter ....it seems like she doesn't like Asian. To the manager you shouldd check.the footage on 11/3/2023 between 1200 pm to 1211pm ......may be manager should educate her .......
DO NOT BOTHER TO COME TO THIS PLACE. MANAGEMENT AND STAFF UNDER PERFORM. FOOD IS ETHER STALE OR OLD. MANAGING OF MONEY AND FOOD IS HANDLED AT SAME TIME NO GLOVE CHANGE, YOU CAN GO ANYTIME AND OBSERVE TOO MANY VIOLATIONS. DELIVERY OF FOOD TOO LONG OF A WAIT. AT TIMES NO CONDIMENTS AVAILABLE, MILK SHAKE MACINE BROKEN FOR WEEKS. Over charge, DRIVE THROUGH NOT PROMPT, WAIT TIME OVER 4MINUTES MINIMUM. NEW EMPLOYEES EVERY MONTH.

I'm giving 2 stars because I'm pretty sure it's only the night crew that is terrible (with service and with fresh, hot, food), and those that work in the day actually care. But this is the 2nd time I have gone to this Del Taco after class for a quick bite, and the food is cold. And I'm not talking fresh lettuce and cheese cold. No, the actual meat was cold. My beans were still hardened and not even near LUKE WARM in my burrito. I don't even want to take the time to ask about a remake because it might be worse! Lol. If management can find a way to transform the night crew, I think this location has a shot.
Sometimes I will have to sit 10 minutes before anyone takes my order at the drive thru. The food is okay and the days they decide to take orders, it's quick.
I like Del taco and I’ve been going to Del taco for many years. It’s always a pretty quick and easy fix for hunger, most of the time. But at this location for some reason I’m never able to get fresh french fries. They’re always soggy, and were probably made hours prior to serving. The other food is OK. Sometimes I get a quesadilla that’s not melted all the way through; but it’s kind of the risk that you take when you get fast food I suppose. The one thing that I think is very easy and can always be done right is the fries! The other food is whatever and the fries are usually what you’re looking forward to if you went through the drive-through since they’re easy to manipulate. If I can give this place a grade, it would get an F - for messing something up that I’d so easy to make.
