UTZ Snacks 240 Warehouse

I just don’t understand why they take so long to load/unload trailers. Appointment was 13:00 got here 4 1/2 hours early finally in a door at 14:11. 20:22 still not loaded.
Come on people. What’s the point in making appointments when you keep us here all day…. Plus there is no where to park but the streets.

The reason i gave 2 starts its the lady at the check I office was so nice , othere then that its PY APPOINTMENT ONLY
. The will let you park out of the facility tell they call you when your appointment time . No overnight parking no bathroom.

This place is indeed horrible for drivers. I wish I researched more before I came here. But they will put you in a door and hour after your appointment. When they do get a door for you, I would suggest unhooking because there's a sheetz 4 minutes up the road for bathroom and a meal. I've been here a total of 12 hours and Im expecting to wait another hour or 2 for paperwork. Sucks but you have to find a way for the place to work for you. 7 of 10 warehouses suck just like this one.

Checked in 11:30 am it’s 430 pm still not loaded it’s the worst place for loading and unloading it will take your 5 or 6 hours may be more than that I will never never come back in here

I arrive 1 hour befome my appointment and get loaded less 40 min nice and frienly employees nice place to pickup and delivery

It is absolutely unacceptable for any warehouse to hold a driver for HOURS (5+ hours) and not provide them with restroom access while they are held up on your property. Drivers are then forced to hold it which can make people extremely sick. Shame on you, Utz, for treating drivers like animals rather than people with feelings. The least your company could do is provide a port-a-potty for these drivers who are stuck on your docks while waiting for your employees to do their jobs and load the trailer. Never again will I haul another load for Utz. Truck drivers are humans, not animals. Your company needs to do better.

No more coming to this place. I had a pickup over here come on time and they kept me 10 hours loading me. Seems like they’re hand loading and taking their sweet time. They don’t care drivers and dot hours either. Good luck for next drivers and I hope you sleep when they give a dock door. 😡😡😡 I wish I could give them 0 star😡😡
