Great trail, been multiple times. Dog friendly. It's 4 miles total, but it's a very easy walk, and very beautiful along the river.
Saw my first bear while on this trail as well!

The Smokey Mountains are one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Find a hike, build up to the higher and longer hikes by doing these easier ones!

Love every step, trees, mountains view, laughter with friends and family, what else do you need? Oh yeah, a hiking stick is great just make sure you replace it back where you find it or bring your own!

Not a lot of trails okay for pets, but this one was great for us! Dogs had a great time. A little noisy at times when the trail is close the the road, but there's some beautiful sites by the stream and some cool spots along the way

Beautiful scenery and perfect trail for my younger kids. My mom also walks with a cane and was able to manage it easily. The biggest challenge is the total distance - 4 miles.

We took our dogs and they loved it.. we enjoyed it too.. cut our hike short cause of storms getting ready to come in, but so far was beautiful and relaxing.. plan on riding our bikes next time.. definitely gonna visit and venture farther, loved it🩷🩷

Great trail for a quick hike or leisurely family hike by the water. I have been using this trail since I was in high school. It is dog friendly also! Bring your furry four legged family member to enjoy the hike and a swim in the river. Family friendly for sure!

Very nice trail with clear path (no wandering off on accident). Mostly follows the river which is beautiful and sounds great. 2 miles end-to-end, but you can stop and rest or turn back at any point if the 4 mile round trip is too much. The Bridge is about a half mile from the entrance and there is a spot on the road where you can park and get to it.
