CTT Express is the worst delivery service I have ever seen. I have had about 10-15 deliveries to my DOOR and literally not ONE has taken place. NEVER once did the couriers try to contact me and I always had to pick up my packages at that branch. I am so sorry that Amazon, Worten and the rest continue to work with these scammers because I am always upset when I see that my package will be delivered by CTT

Carla helped us loads and spoke English. Sending a parcel to the UK took a while due to the office being busy, but was overall straightforward.

the mailbox is inside the post office. You won't be able to access the mailbox outside of office hours.

The women at the counter were very nice and helpful. I had to send a package to the US and they helped fill out my customs forms very efficiently.

The most unfriendly service I have ever experienced!!

Unfortunately was closed so early... But in the city centre could work longer... The nearest post office municipal near trindade also was closed after 18pm
