Wonderful admission experience with addressing all our concerns. Mom was thrilled everyone knew who she was upon arrival and feels most comfortable. Michelle was wonderful. Comforting, caring, understanding and knowledgeable in all aspects.

The place is cozy and has a family atmosphere. Michelle, the sales director knows her job extremely well. She understands completely the wants and needs of the family of the loved one and makes the transition as simple as can be. She takes the time to talk and get to know the would be resident and the family. She has a warm personality and is a great asset to Sunrise.

Husband was sent to hospital er where he was found to be in acute urinary retention after being in their care for only 2 months.

Sunrise of Plainview has been our mom’s home for the past 2 years. Our family has piece of mind that she has thrived in the warm and attentive environment that the staff provides. I’m sure we have not met all of the wonderful staff. I’m certain they are all as caring as Angela, Phyllis and Linda at the front desk, as well as Sara, Kamla, Claire, Nancy, Gabriel, the nursing and dining staff, and all the others I have failed to mention. It gives our family great piece of mind to know that our mom continues to lead an enjoyable and engaging life at Sunrise of Plainview.
