Boulangerie Chaptal

Si je pouvais mettre moins qu’une seule étoile, je n’aurais pas hésité de le faire, croyez-moi ! Cette boulangerie na pas de place à paris. le personnel et la gérante sont juste désagréables c’est incroyable comment vous êtes aigris en plus de votre cuisine catastrophique. Je recommande pas du tout

Great food items, coffee not good and host very impatient and rude

A very good place . The products are delicious and the staff are very friendly

I really, really wish this bakery was open on weekends, but other than that I can’t really find fault. Their baguette is the best in the area and their patisserie are also quite nice. The prices are reasonable, and all together that is why it’s our ‘go-to’ bakery…on weekdays, at least. 😜

I guess if coffee is good, other stuff can be overlooked.
The coffee was good. The breads looked very good.
I bought a cake which best by date was yesterday.
People were coming in and buying bread only.

Their pizza chorizo is amazing!

Was in Paris for 4 days and visited maybe 6 boulangeries even the famous Ble Sucré (suffice it to say, I love French bakeries more than your average tourist). This was by far the best out of all of them. In my opinion, the best croissants money can buy. The baguettes, millefuelle and tarts were incredible as well. Even if you’re not staying in Montmartre this bakery is worth a stop (you can grab something on the way to the Sacre-Coeur). The service was warm and friendly. A luxury in Paris.
