IHOP

Ihop typically has good food and this visit was no exception. We shared steak and eggs that came with hash browns and a short stack. The steak was delicious, eggs cooked to perfection and the hash browns had the right amount of greasiness and crunch. Of course, the pancakes were good. I don't know why we don't go there more often.

Ordered food for take out yesterday and this is the second time they've forgotten food/messed up our order. After spending 32 hours without power due to the snow storm we decided we wanted a warm yummy breakfast. I Ordered the strawberry banana French toast meal with eggs, hashbrowns and sausage. They forgot my Strawberries and bananas so I had a plain undercooked French toast that was still basically raw. It was like they fried the bread ontop of an egg with how much egg was hanging off the bread. The portion size they gave me for hashbrowns was ridiculously small. The literal size of a ketchup packet. Probably won't be back to this location.

I have the luxury of having this restaurant only a block from my house, but I often forget about it. They have been slower since covid, yet the food and service is as good as always. The servers are quick and friendly, and the menu is diverse enough for the whole family.

My friend wanted waffles and thst is what she got. I asked for eggs over easy with bacon. When the meals were delivered my eggs were cooked over hard with broken yokes. I made a comment and the server returned with an additional plate with eggs cooked correctly. The server was great and checked to be sure everything was as we wished.

Today I went with my daughter to have some breakfast at this location, we get our table and menu's. After 15 minutes waiting another person got there table and got there drinks and order before us that we were wanting for a long time. I decided to walk out of this location and this is the second time I had a bad experience in here. So sad, if you want to be treated right go to the one at Cascade Station services is way better and fast than this folks.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I came in after visiting a friends house who had a cat and I’m highly allergic so I asked if they had some tape so I could get the hair off of me before we sat down to eat and the traveling manager ran out to his personal vehicle to get a lint roller for me. That’s just going above and beyond and I am extremely appreciative 🙌🏻 Not to mention I watched him clean tables, seat people and even run to grab a customer a high chair for their child, just wow! He also made it a point to continually thank his staff. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted just as amazing. Also, I disagree with the comments about the restaurant being dirty! it’s very clean! Everything is put in a neat spot behind the counter, floors are clean and the tables all wiped down including the syrup dispensers. The wait staff were also super friendly and accommodating. Shout out to “Cat” our awesome waitress!

recommended!! good flavor, delicious strawberry milkshakes and the strawberry and banana pancakes are delicious, everything is delicious there. The best of all was the attention of the waitress, very kind, pending that nothing was missing from our table and that we were comfortable and at ease. And we asked him for places of interest in the city and he very kindly advised us on several beautiful places. I give it 5 stars if I loved this place 😉👍.

Food isn't particularly great and the gluten-friendly pancakes never come out quite right. They are also a bit on the expensive side considering the quality.

Still they are open late and my partner loves their cheesecake pancakes. The staff is generally nice too.
