The Sterling

This place is extremely disgusting and money hungry. They dont care about how your wedding goes they only care on collecting and adding payments without notices and force you to pay unknowning fees. I saw the staff cleaning dirty plates with paper towels dipped in water, the bathroom ceiling is horrible a hole in the ceiling!?

To begin with at the entrance Floor manager , CAUCASIAN Lady was very rude & screaming to direct people go there don't go this way. Etc 2nd three are no server even for Soda's, if you bring your food or drinks
Stuff is very eager to take it away , we had someone knock off water on the table
No one came to clean up , it wasn't welcoming at all.

My family and I had an amazing time at the New Year Party! The food was amazing. There were so many options for the appetizers and the main course! I especially enjoyed the pav bhaji and butter chicken. You can tell there was quite a bit of preparation that went into the event, everything was so nicely done. They didn't hold back at the bar either as you had all top shelf liquor. The decor, ice sculpture and photo shoot was a nice touch.

I rarely write reviews but I must say I had the best experience with the Sterling staff and management for my daughter’s wedding on October 27.
From the day I booked the venue until the day of they have been professional, friendly and most of all transparent.
No surprises on the day of! The staff was fully attentive and welcoming on the day of.
Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Great event! Diane the event coordinator was spectacular in setting things up. Food was ok. Cake was not the best. Overall, I recommend The Sterling to anyone trying to have a formal event for a good price.

We had our wedding ceremony at The Sterling on May 2022. The staffs and our manager Pooja had been really cooperative throughout the entire time taking into account our feedbacks and working on them. The food was served hot exactly how we wanted especially the fact that it had bengali flavors. Our favorite part was the dessert show. We were blown away! However, one big drawback was the cocktail room was not ready when our guests arrived and that wait period was not appreciated. The decor was beautiful but I wish there was more lighting in the ballroom especially centering the bride and groom. All in all, it was a fun and successful event and we all had a really good time! Big THANKS to the entire team! :)

Had my wedding 12/26/2021. I had the pleasure of working with the manager/ coordinator Pooja she was great. She understood what we wanted and helped us execute it ! The food was amazing the atmosphere was elegant. The day of the wedding Samir aka Sam was our Maitre’d let me tell you he was amazing he made sure me and my wife were comfortable as well as our guests he even helped me get dressed. If you are planning an event visit the venue and ask for Pooja Highly recommend . Thank you guys again for a fantastic experience
