Overpriced compared to other kebab shops and less meat.

While I checked my bank account I found that I was overcharged $2.50.

This was my local kebab go to since the new management has taken over I have tried here twice and got the large chicken HSP($21) the chips were fresh but there was very little meat. Which was disappointing the 1st time and gave it another try and the same again. Not sure if the staff are the owners or employees the customer service was not friendly. “No hello or how are you?” the place was deserted. I really enjoyed kebab here but was a little disappointed. I hope you can up your game.

Ordered though uber eats and the food is below average and they charged me $30 dollars for a large HSP but what I received was more like a medium size. Not worth the money.

Great team at Thompson kebab, recently started coming here service is fast, food is delicious, great attitude from the team, freshly cooked to order, plenty of drink selections as well. Very cheap as well compared to some other places, you definitely get what you pay for here.

Do not order anything online if you are ‘picking’ up your meal. You will be charged more money than if you called directly to place your ‘pickup’ order. I did not go via the doordash website as this was not a delivery order. I went directly via the online website for this store. Plus I got a text message to say my food was ready, however they only started cooking it when I got there. If I wanted that I would have just ordered when I got there and saved $6. I have never been charged extra to pickup any order in my life.

Nice food but customer service is very poor.
My dad was upset that someone dropped the food off to his house dropped the food at his front door and can’t even knock on the door. Takes one second to knock on the door but took a photo and walks off. My dad tried to call the shop and he said the lady who answered didn’t even talk to him just spoke in her language then hung up the phone called heaps of times no answer and then answered again and she didn’t talk just let the phone sit there or she was hearing him but didn’t say anything. Very poor reply’s on other bad reviews aswell 🤦‍♀️👎

Ordered online, but when I got there they had no idea about the order. Then they checked and said "oh! Menulog! Yes it's coming".
Then I sat and waited 20 minutes whilst other customers waltzed in, ordered, got thier food and left.
I got up and asked again, and the guy acted like I was wrong for asking?! Zero stars for attitude. One star for service

Had a lamb kebab, lettuce,tomato, onion, garlic sauce. Plenty of meat no real flavour. Not the worst I’ve had but far from the greatest.
