Staffs are very accommodating, clean and nice rooms. You must experience.

I think the rooms were priced for prime location ; its right across sm annex I get it, but the rooms are old and when we got in our room it was infested with little roaches. TV was out of order during our stay. Over all staff hospitality and ambiance is GREAT 🩵 just be on the look our for small roaches. We had to put our toiletries inside the mini bar to keep them away from the pests.

Unmatched location! Near SM city davao..find everything in this area. So yes, higly recommended. Rooms are well appointed..not so dated. Service is at par with hotel 3-4 star hotel standards..

Easy going staff. Friendly atmosphere. A couple of critters but not that bad. Wi fi, internet non existent after a couple of nights. Room otherwise comfortable with small refrigerator, no microwave. A/C ice cold,no hot water decent size TV, for looks only .Ok lighting

The hotel is right beside SM City Davao Ecoland Annex. The staff are polite and the guards are helpful. The room we were assigned was far from the elevators. They were fully booked due to the Kadayawan festival. The room is nice and the cable tv and internet are working. Shower pressure is good. They just have to spray bug repellent under the sink . I killed 2 small cockroaches around the sink when I went to the toilet very early in the morning.

I stayed early July 2023 with my family for one night in the Diamond suite. To give the rundown, the shower railing was loose, the rainfall shower doesn’t even work as intended, someone left their underwear in the closet, there are cracks in the walls, the executive lounge is a mess, the bathtub drain has rust, there’s no hot water, and the water pressure is unreliable. The big main perk is that it’s right across from SM Mall so it is very convenient and the air-conditioning works as intended. With the word, diamond in the title, I would expect it to pass the bare minimum, and yet I was disappointed with what the hotel room delivered. Hopefully this review gives the hotel more feedback on what they could improve on.

stayed for 2 nights. cozy, clean room, with 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water, but no warm shower in my room, no slippers, no foot towel when i checked in. bath towels are quite old. very slow internet connection.
