this place has docters how do not read email.s and act on them i was bad in bed for four months could not go to door and the docter was told but never sorted it a out nearly killed myself he was told to call me today but didnot my docter is bad no experence iand i want to change docter in to sum on good who will call you in person if you are really bad and read emails and act mr richard cope mental heath problems needs a new docter at surgery as soon as possable told as quickly i hope every on reads this thanks

Worst surgery in Birmingham
Receptionists have such a attitude problem especially Barbara she has to be the worst one there..on every occasion she shows no care in the world and never gives you appointment..if anyone is considering this Dr's surgery run a mile honestly

How is this surgery still open. I just don’t get it you call them wait in a queue of 20 people.. get to caller number one to then Be disconnected you call back and they’re at capacity this hasn’t happened once they do it deliberately.. it happens all the time then when I finally get through you have a stuck up receptionist tell you there are no appointments

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My wife has an injury and they did an X-Ray of her. The results had come but we weren’t told about this until we called, so if we never called we would never have gotten the results. Even then, the very rude receptionist, said that they would call us back between 2PM-4PM, we never got a call. We called them at 4:05PM, they picked up at 4:15PM and it was still the same rude receptionist, we stated the case, and she said “we called you at 3:41PM”, there was no call received on our end to which she said, “must’ve been a network issue”, she said we’ll call again. We got a missed call at 5:17PM which lasted a maximum of 1 second, almost as if it was accidental. Absolutely horrible surgery, don’t recommend at all.

I had an appointment with Azam, I was in a lot of pain and not feeling very well. She was very helpful and she was very caring and sympathetic with me. She made me feel at ease and took her time and explained everything in a very professional manner. Gave me amazing advice and treatment. I booked to see her again and would highly recommend her to all !!!

More patients than appointments available
Ring at 8am, the line is busy and cannot join the queue. Finally, after 40minutes you are told there are no appointments available and to call at 3pm when "new" appointments are available. The new receptionist now are very rude and hang up the call before you answer or mid way during the conversation, they don't pick the call up and you have to wait till 30 minutes or above for your call to be answered but after you finally get an appointment the treatment is always have paracetamol and if it gets worse then give us a ring back absolutely shameful

I dont visit often; but when i do always a poor service - always a long wait even if your half an hour early. Doctors are changed too frequently - havent seen bathla for YEARS but i do remember him being a good doctor. I have asthma, but apparently my doctors have no record of me being asthmatic! terrible overall, its locality is the only reason im still here, that plus the rest are even worse! Saving grace is the ladies on reception are quite helpful. Although i do not know why they bother having a telephone! can never get an appointment.

Edit- telephone lines still a joke over an hour and no answer.
