Poor experience at Celestia Spaces. Promises not met. Delay in implementation of committed services. Very casual approach

PLL doesnot deliver as promised. We have bought into a high end tower but are facing many issues. Club house is stuck for a year, they haven't paid vendors so our services are not maintained well. Additionally they have confiscated our initial maintenance and gone completely against their words.
They donot respond to requests and complaints.

We chose the builder for their sincerity but feel cheated now , would suggest people to look for another trust worthy builder.

Purchasing an expensive property marketed by the PLL group we had expected good quality and good handover experience, however, the group has done a shoddy work in the whole project.
Our project Celestia Spaces has been done as a quick fix and the Club house is not handed over even after 1yr of us shifting to the building.
The upfront maintenance amount has been used up and coffers are empty.
They haven't paid the security and housekeeping staff for many months.
Even other vendors haven't been paid and they refuse to give service.

PLL, the experience has been a disaster and we are forced to market this fact to everyone as there is no response from you

We bought a flat at celestia spaces but had a very disappointing experience .

2. No club house handover
3. Society maintenance fees eaten up no account
4. Sub standard work in many areas
5. Very little transparency
6. All residents are struggling to resolve the issues with builder especially with regard to society charges , club house and OC

As residents of Celestia, Sewri, a premium project by PLL, we are facing a lot of issues.
PLL has terribly defaulted on payments to their vendors, due to which the vendors are not ready to deal with the society further.
Club House is ready since a long time but PLL is dilly dallying on applying for the OC.
The only reason we had booked this place was because PLL was a reputed grp but it seems that they are uninterested in fulfilling their commitments.

Today we got the possession of our dream home. Big thank you to whole Peninsula team and especially to Mr. Yogesh Kokare for smooth process and help in getting keys without any waiting. Best part was the band and welcome gesture. A big thank you from me and my family.

Buying home is everyone's dream and when it's your first home, it's always special. We took possession of our first home at Peninsula Address One Phase I, Gahunje recently. The arrangements were beyond our expectations. We indeed felt special and were overwhelmed with the arrangements those were made for our special day. Thanks to each and everyone from Team Peninsula, especially Mr. Yogesh Kokare, who attended us personally till the time process of handing over of keys to new house was completed. Our parents accompanied us and they too were happy and had big smiles on their face. Thank you so much for making it indeed memorable ❤️
