I need to get in touch with Social Security I have been calling for about 4 weeks I have to physically buy phone credit, when the phone rings it goes into a message saying hold on while I am holding on the credit is finishing. I had to buy more credit the same thing happened again loose all my credit no one answered the phone. I would like to know what these people are doing in that office, just getting paid by taxpayers for nothing. The Ministry should monitor the work these people are doing in them Offices. Minister the staff are not providing the service to the poor people who need help

They didn’t answer the phone, I kept calling then they pick the phone up and hang right back in my ears 🤦🏾‍♀️

I have been calling this place for two weeks no one ever answer the phone now I'll have to pay my plane fare to come to Jamaica . This is just a mess I don't know what is happening no customer service. no one works in this building no one

Once you get the receptionist and you are transfered to the relevant department, that's it. No one answers the phone or they answer and immediately hang up. over the years, I have realized that this Ministry that provides social security is one of the worse ministries in Jamaica in regards to customer service.

As someone who also works in the government sector, I am baffled as to how this Ministry is being allowed to run like this. The level of unprofessionalism and uncaring attitude from the staff is disgusting. If they can't do their jobs, then replace them.

If this was my Ministry, those people would be replaced or be reminded of what is on their job description, along with a letter of warning.

I bet they are sitting at their desk and ignoring the phones. SMH.

I also bet the ones giving 5 stars are staff members too. shameful.

I think the best thing for persons to do in order to see change is to write letters to the Permanent Secretary (Colette Roberts Risden) of the Ministry or to the Minister, as this cannot be allowed to continue to go on.

I have been calling every day now for two weeks and no one answers the phone. If they do and your call is transferred to another department, no one answers the call. Very poor and disappointing service for our pensioners.

I have been calling for the past three weeks and no one is answering the phone. Is the lines out of use? We need service from you all, this is what you are paid to do . No one is in charge?
