Popular Beansprout Chicken rice. Plenty of diners at night. They are not using white chicken and therefore the meat is firm and tasty. Price is very reasonable and cheap. The service is slow. It is faster if ordered directly with the person that prepared the meal
Ipoh Bean Sprout Chicken noodle. I eat here away from the Ipoh city centre tourist area. It is as good if not better but more economical.
I have been eating their bean Sprout noodle since they were operating as just a stall in a coffee shop and now a shop by themselves. The son is running it now. So it is time tested food. Do try, I have not much complains except if you are from outside Ipoh, you might cause price to hike next time and I do not have a good place to eat anymore 😪😪😪.
Some net citizens complain about dogs in the shop. Yes, I notice 1 senior dog. It just laid around and sleep - not disturbing or looking for food table to table or barking etc. No smell or skin disease etc. This could be a "family" member 🙂🙂 so most customers let it be as it is old, so we give some allowance on that. Just be careful don't step on his tail 😄😄😄.

Agreed to all comments about the rude Aunty and dogs at the corridor. The men that prepared meals are friendly and attentive. FOOD VERY DELICIOUS!
Nice chicken rice with super succulent Ipoh bean sprouts, the meat balls are tasty too.

Serving taugeh chicken with the choice of either rice or noodles.
Chicken is leaner and firm meat. Not too fatty which is nice to my liking as it's more flavorful. And both the noodle or rice paired with it is perfect.
Taugeh serving is large. Taugehs are all firm, large and succulent. Very nice.
Soup is thick and flavorful. And I gulped down the whole bowl. Veli yum.

My favorite place to eat hor fun and taugeh chicken 🐔 will usually come early to avoid the lunch/dinner crowds. It's definitely better than the touristy places in town 😁

One of the favourites around this area.. This Restoran has been around a long time and it is specialised in traditional Ipoh Style taugeh chicken (4 🌟). We ordered the Signature Taugeh (bean sprouts) which was really good but would have been better with more pepper. The taste of their steamed chicken (4 🌟) is also comparable to famous branded Ipoh Taugeh Chicken stalls like Lou Wong and Cowan Street. They also have dry Curry Hor Fun (3.5 🌟) which was quite good too.. But we still prefer the traditional taste. A must visit place 👍 if you like Taugeh Chicken.

Didn't patronise this shop for several years since before MCO. The owner who is Chindian is rude towards customer. The chicken bean sprouts is so so only. Nothing to laud about. Won't patronize this shop in future.
