This is a well managed and very clean convention center. The staff does a great job. The Wi-Fi work excellent though out the conference. If your going to sit in lengthy meetings you might need a jacket or long sleeve shirt the AC works really well in all the meeting rooms! I mostly stayed in the D hall but there are plenty of amenities throughout the building. There are plenty of clean and well maintained bathrooms! If your taking a cab or Uber to the convention center tell the driver what hall you’re going to or you may end up on a long walk when you arrive!
I visited the convention center early before it got too hot and the crowd showed up. The staff in the registration area are friendly and patient. Also, the security personnel were fast with their searches. There were quite a few vendors on hand and video interviews going on. This was all during the Essence Festival. The bathrooms were clean, which I thought was very important considering how many people were there. It is a great place to visit on a long list when going to New Orleans. Remember to get there early!
I attended the Essence Festival here and the space was spacious for all the events. They even had a fil festival and auditorium upstairs.
Went to a Oddity and Curiosity convention with my 2 grown children. We had a blast and saw some freaky and amazing stuff but most of all we met some amazing people. Food and water was a bit pricey but that comes with it and I expected it. The place was very clean and the staff very polite. There was plenty of tables to sit at while we had our lunch.
Waste Expo 2023. A short Walk from the Higgins Hotel to Ernest N. Morial Convention Center was easy. This is not a small place, so wear comfortable walking shoes! The facility was clean, cool, and the folks were cordial. Exhibit hall “D” was the place to be. Knowledgeable exhibitors, awesome machinery, tasty refreshments, and a good time for all.
Didn't expect all the food options at the food court! Was there for a conference and was pleased with what was available in the convention hall and in the foyer. Wear your walking shoes, the facility is large enough to hold anything and everything. Great meeting rooms as well
A fantastic venue for any and every type of event that you can think of, located between the warehouse and downtown, you can enjoy any and everything the city is most popular for after having an amazing event.
Great meeting space we attended Fan Expo 2023 here in halls I and J huge facility. Very convenient to many dining options and lots of hotels within walking distance the auditorium is spacious and has great lines of sight throughout the theater. The meeting rooms are spacious and audio is better than expected. If booking a large scale event this venue would be very high on my list to talk to.
Staff were all friendly and helpful from a director in a suit to the housekeeper and security guards all over they were all easy to talk to and get what we needed.
