There is a nice sized walking path that takes you throughout the park. The rocks are really fun to climb on, but do be careful and make sure to wear the right shoes. This location would be great for a family get-together or a picnic. There's definitely a lot to explore. My husband found a few crystals and interesting rocks.
Really a remarkable park and waterfalls being right in the heart of the city. Fun place to visit.
If you're in Sioux City, you MUST visit Sioux Falls. It is an utterly stunning park in the middle of a large city with great scenery, interesting history, and an overall fun experience. The waterfalls have great pathways around them and you are able to explore the rocks of the waterfall. It is a great spot for enjoying nature and taking pictures.
Falls Park was a really nice place to visit. There were quite a few water falls. No they were not all that large. But they are big enough and there are quite a few. That made for a nice time to check them out.
They have restrooms in a building close by. There are a few different places to park your car. The park itself looks like a nice spot to relax, play or picnic. The water falls are just the icing on the cake. A great place to visit.

Definitely worth a stop, we walked to the falls from our hotel and really enjoyed it. Gets a little dicey after dark and some of the geese are grumpy.
Very fun and serene. Good history on the old mill. Cafe is dog friendly to go inside and cool off and get a snack or beverage
I enjoyed it. It was fun jumping around the rocks and it is a good place for pictures. Not much else to do other than enjoy the view and jump around on the rocks if you are as risky as I was. Overall, fun place for family pictures and fooling around a bit.
