Wheatland Park

Very nice neighborhood park. It's well kept.

Came with a friend to just walk around somewhere that had clean sidewalks during January. Lots of people there. Not a big park but was nice for the walk.

Very pleasant for a quick walk or as a gateway to Bartley and Anderson Parks. Many local people are very adamant about creating their own Off the Leash privileges for their dogs as too lazy to drive to Dog Parks. Good to be aware that the Rangers are there at Bartley Ranch but not here ...you are on your own. I normally have a Viking Walking Stick, Bear and Pepper Spray plus my leashed dog. The stupidity of the folks unleashing their dogs 🐕 is really amazing

I refuse to let them run me off..nice especially during off hours.

Wonderful park with play structures for kids and toilets!

This park is so nice--tucked away in a neighborhood and huge open grassy space with a side walk around the whole place. Great for walking; I also see a lot of courteous pet owners here with their dogs every time I'm here. It's a great family park, nice playground, clean, it's kept up well and just so much space to walk, I'd say you could get a mile in with the big sidewalk loop. Love it

Nice park, except for the people who let their dogs run off the leash. Kids do stupid, sudden things and the risk is too great. You might have the best dog in the world until a kid touches them or reacts out of fear.
