I am writing to express my disappointment with Magpayo Residence. I have been living here for the past 6 months, and I have been consistently dissatisfied with the quality of the facilities and the management.
The first issue I have is with the cleanliness of the complex. The grounds are often littered with trash, and the common areas are rarely cleaned. I have also seen cockroaches and other pests in the hallways and in the laundry room.
The second issue I have is with the maintenance of the facilities. The elevators are often out of service, and the laundry machines are constantly breaking down. I have also had to wait weeks for repairs to be made to my apartment.
The third issue I have is with the management. The staff is often rude and unhelpful. I have had to wait on hold for hours to speak to someone, and I have often been given the runaround when I try to get something fixed.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience at Magpayo Residence. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
