Midtown At Town Center Apartments

If you are black don’t move here , they are racist and nasty in the office!! All white girls that work in the office & they are the worst , and if you are one day late on your rent, they will put a big money sign on your door

Definitely an amazing apartment complex; spacious, staff is friendly, area is extremely convenient (close to food, entertainment, my job, etc.), and the neighbors are pretty friendly as well. Absolutely an upgrade from the apartments we just came from! Feels more like a home than a temporary situation, like most apartments do.

The Leasing office staff are top notch. They are always friendly and happy to assist. The Maintenance department performs open tickets thoroughly and with a quick turnaround and They are great with communicating time lines on anything that may need to be ordered for an open ticket. These apartments are well cared for. The grounds are regularly maintained as well. The gym equipment is in good working order and the space is clean and pleasant. We enjoy living here because of the active community life. The Leasing Office hosts events in the club house monthly (sometimes more than one a month) for residents to enjoy in their newly remodeled club house. There are even community events for our kiddos too! Our family enjoys the short walk to Town Center. The location to the Thalia Green way is a plus as it runs by the property, making it easy access for walks and bike rides. There’s a lot to offer here.

The staff is so friendly and helpful unlike a lot of other apartment complexes! Floor plans are very spacious and so are the balconies. Beautiful kitchen spaces and bathrooms. Amenities and shared spaces are awesome and gym has more than just the minimum cardio machines. I can’t wait to use the rooftop pool. There are wooded paths to town center for jogging or a nice walk over the bridge. I have no complaints and I’m picky! Especially love the clubhouse resident appreciation events and extras!!

My husband and I are new to the area. When we toured Midtown we absolutely loved it from the beginning. The staff is so friendly, polite and answered all of our questions that we had. If anything needs to be fixed by them, they fix the item very quickly. We have a large dog that they accommodated well! They also get all of the residents involved and it’s such a great and fun way to meet new people. We have nothing but positive things to say about all of the staff at Midtown. Thank you for everything that you do and making our home feel like home.

We have lived at Midtown for a year now and absolutely love it! Large bedrooms, all walk-in closets, open concept living area. The office staff girls are so nice and always available to help and are great at keeping us informed of anything we need to know. They also are always having fun events for everyone! Maintenance requests are always completed quickly. We love living here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality apartment home.

I recently moved into midtown apartments about a week ago and seeing how this was my first apartment I wasn't sure what to expect. Honestly, I am thoroughly impressed with my place and the area itself. My place was very clean when I came in the first day, however I had a few light bulbs out. Luckily, maintenance was quick and they were fixed the same day! My dog and I love walking on the little trail behind the apartments and it is great when I want to visit town center without having to take my car. The property manager Alex and the other girls who work at the leasing office are amazing! They were always so happy to see me and they answered any questions that I had about my apartment. Lastly, I loved the Resident Appreciation Week they put together! It was nice to know they were thinking about their residents and I appreciate the effort that was put into it. This apartment complex is definitely one that I would recommend to a friend.

I moved to Virginia Beach almost a year ago with the Navy. Fortunately I was able to look at a few different apartments in the area before making the move. Since the time I was apartment shopping, this property has always impressed me. The location is great and easy waking distance to Town Center. Also not more than 20-25 min from Norfolk and the Oceanfront. Living by myself, security was a top priority for me, and I feel very secure with the key pad entry and comfortable property. I've been most impressed with the staff. The maintenance staff are always extremely helpful. The front officer staff is amazing- always know my name when ever I walk down there, and they are constantly planning events for the residents. I highly recommend this property to anyone new to the area!
