Very nice croissants, ok cappuccino. That's why I gave 1 extra star.

The guy in the bar held a distant passive aggressive attitude. When asked what the fillings of the pastries were, her mumbled 1 word for each pastry and immediately left.

Then when he gave us the cappuccini he just said "bye." This is bad service despite the ok pastries. Yoy are not supposed to speak good English to be a good professional. Not a lot of people here speak english well. But he just showed like we were not even welcome here. I just read the negative reviews and they are similar to this.

AMAZING TEAM - I ordered via Deliveroo, and deliveroo sent a wrong amount of riders to deliver my order for an event - Deliveroo's customer service was untraceable. Pattini's team himself delivered the order at the office. AMAZING SERVICE/AMAZING FOOD! Thank you again!

Rude stuff who don't speak a word in English. They didn't have take away cup tops so ended up taking open cup of coffee, left alone that cappuccino was rubbish. Such a shame, don't trust those nice pictures here !

I really enjoy the food and the service here while I was visiting Milan. The staff was so helpful even though I couldnt speak Italian.
