My first bus trip and enjoyed all of the trip with 3 of my friends.
A year later I’m still waiting for my reimbursement the owner himself promised. We ended up having to have another travel agency take over our trip because this place could no get it right. They expected their agents to work for free during covid and that was part of the problem. When things weren’t right or being fixed the owner guarantees a full refund that never showed up. 417 travel was awesome and cleaned up this places mess. DO NOT USE!!!
We left at 6:30 . Always before we got short break able to get some thing to eat. AT lunch stopped at BBQ Was told we would have a Leisure lunch. After an hour and a 1/2 they brought us barbecue that was not done. The table People complained so they didn't charge us but we couldn't eat it.. Went to a mountain lodge was expected to sign sign for the room. Did not understand that have been on many trips I'd never had to do that. Finally 6 o'clock PM got to eat. Trip was very very poor. Last trip I took to Hot Springs was not good either. I do not recommend this tour company.

Once again Sunnyland made the trip fun and exciting ,good food and great rooms and top notch driver and of Coarse tour director, Miss Kimberley< and Dawn . made the trip loads of fun , went out of their way over and beyond the call of duty to make things easy and fun for the entire trip. 2 thumbs up for sure . The trip was to the Smokes Mt.
Kimberly, Steve and the whole team at Sunnyland Travel Center are beyond wonderful! Kimberly made planning our honeymoon to Mexico a breeze. In the midst of planning an oversized Ozarks wedding, Kimberly monitored all the details of our honeymoon and sent us to an amazing all-inclusive resort that was actually under budget. We had a phenomenal time -- but Kimberly's brilliance didn't stop there!
We knew that when we wanted to book a trip to an exotic location, Kimberly was our girl. She helped us navigate several potential locations before scouring dozens of cruise lines to find our perfect Mediterranean cruise -- of course, again, coming in UNDER budget! We're set for an 11-day Med cruise on Celebrity Cruises for less than $1800 each in 2016, and I wholeheartedly believe that Kimberly not only booked a cruise that we will love, but she made the arrangements for a trip that she would love as well. She treated us like family.
I'm 25 and my husband is 30, and I know many travelers our age function as their own travel agents and depend on the Internet for their adventures. But Kimberly has planned two trips for us, coming in both times under budget, and provided invaluable insight to help us have the best possible experiences abroad.
