Really fun hike just months away from West Mountain. Long enough where you get to see a lot of cool things, short enough that my 6 year old could do it.

Pro tip: There are some wooden foot brushes over the marsh land by the river that can flood over slightly and freeze during the winter (see photos). Make sure you have proper footwear or you may end up with wet feet.

Great nature trail, offers many different views of the hudson. Its an easy loop trail with some hidden beaches.

Love the trails - nice views of the Hudson River - trails aren't long - nice for a morning hike - different spots where you can swim if you want in the summer

Really nice trails, but the bridge on the green trail is in need of repairs. Lots of opportunities to see various birds (belted kingfisher, tree swallows, northern flicker, etc) & other wildlife.

Easy family and dog friendly trails. Great views and very tranquil. Not a whole lot of parking.

Grab a brochure on back of pavilion sign. We followed the blue trail out along ridge, down a hill and then along edge of Hudson. Then out to marshy area with foot bridges. Some foot bridges are warped sideways. Bridge across bay is washed to side this year. One hour out and back. Buggy in evenings.

Amazing Nature Preserve! Gives some beautiful views of the Hudson River.

Enjoy a nice walk through the dense pine forest which leads to river front access.

This Preserve also features wetland trails, an observation bridge, and mountain bike trails.

Overall, it is a beautiful piece of nature to enjoy.
