Good gift shop. A lot of ideas to gift people. Great choice of magnets too. A lot of staff so quick service. Not very friendly they could smile a bit more.
Great little shop with lovely Scottish themed souvenirs. My only regret was assuming being on the main strip of the Royal Mile it'd price-gouge, so I waited until Cockburn Street to make my purchases... and got a worse deal on almost every item. But my group couldn't be asked to walk back up the stairs and hill!

We were wandering around the Royal Mile in Edinburgh, when we spotted a shop with gifts. While we were browsing some of the wares in the shop, we saw a wall full of photos with people dressed in traditional Scottish Tartan dresses. We were all excited and booked for a session for the whole group (9 of our family members).
We went to the studio at the back of the shop. Angelo at the counter was very friendly and advised us on the best package to buy. Then he helped us find the right dresses for everyone from 6 year old girl to a 75 year old grand dad.
We then started to enjoy the experience of using different props and posing for different photos in different groups. The experience of posing in funny poses and serious group photos was most enjoyable. Angelo patiently captured all our fun and frolic in his camera, along with the more serious photos.
Angelo then took a very short time to edit the photos to create a portfolio of over 50 photos. At the end, we went through over 50 photos to choose 4 that we printed. Rest of them were loaded into an USB and given to us.
While we spent nearly 2 hours dressing up, posing, dressing down and choosing photos, the experience itself was well worth it. And we would like to really compliment Angelo for bearing with us and delivering an excellent outcome in the photos.
I would strongly recommend everyone to try this. It is well worth it.

A great place to shop for Scottish souvenirs and just being able to browse.
If u dont want walk around for souvenirs and u dont care about price, good place for you. Prices are higher but all is here,also down is boy wizatd shop with HP branded things.
Good range of souvenirs and gifts. Prices are as to be expected.
