What a lovely store unique products loved it friendly staff look out for Hamish the fish😀

Visited this store shortly before leaving the magical city of Edinburgh and we were able to purchase gifts at reasonable prices and received excellent customer service, highly recommend!

She said she paid 5 pounds for 10 bags and couldn't give me separate bags for my souvenirs. And by bags, she meant 5 grams of paper bags

This lady was very rude and crude.
As a friend of mine loves lamb hats and I just happened to see this hat in this shop I took it off to try and compare it in front of the mirror, as I was wearing make-up and a hat I wasn't really going to try it on, I just picked it up and this lady chastised me in front of everyone saying that this hat was for a child I wasn't allowed to try it on. Her attitude was exceptionally bad and awful and I will not be recommending any of my friends to purchase anything here.

We needed a last minute sweatshirt for a late night tour. The clerk stayed longer so we could shop. Everything else was closed and we were cold.

The customer service was extremely poor. The lady who serving us was extremely condescending and disrespectful. The products were good however the service was not. The shopkeeper could do with a positive attitude rather than a negative demeanour when selling extremely good value products.
