This place is DISGUSTINGLY overpriced. It's insane. $100 to ride 18 IN DECEMBER! Sadly, I was informed over the phone it was $77 and even asked with a cart, and was told yes. Only to Uber over here and find out it was $100. They don't discount for winter?!

This place isn't even well maintained for the money, especially considering it's located next to the ghetto. Straight up.

Last year I played here and some Somalian (I assume) was stumbling through the 9th hole with a gunshot wound to his mid section, at NOON on a Thursday! STAY AWAY from this overpriced, underwhelming, mediocre course. You can have so much more challenging, fun, scenic, playable courses for just over half, and I'm talking public courses. This place is basically on par with meadow hills but charges fossil trace money.

They are arrogant and because it's "CGA" course, charge about 40% premium for sub standard conditions (given the price range)

IF you are visiting, avoid this place at all costs. You can play so many more interesting, scenic, fun, and challenging courses for less. I'd rather play Spring Hill than this rip off, garbage course. At least there you get matched up with fun people who don't take themselves so serious. Everyone I've ever played with here (my 5th and last time) were total arrogant D bags.

This is the place where the upper middle class lie to themselves that they aren't overpaying, while pretending they are in a class above others because it's CGA. What a joke

Great course condition. Played on 8/13/22. Booked and asked for a caddy 5 days in advance, got there and nothing. Played 5h 45m round....😱😬. No Marshall to be seen. Never again here.

Definitely getting worse under the new management. The course has always been the selling point. Tom Doak! But fairways have many bare patches and greens are spotty. Still a good test of golf but now much more expensive. The new manager has no people skills and was hired to increase revenue so pass holders, Ladies' League, and general public tee times are severely limited because booking events is the new goal.

The "clubhouse" is a dump. It's an old double-wide. Cramped check-in area; nothing close to a pro shop; facilities not maintained (see photo); no grill room for after golf...every city public course provides a far better before and after golf experience (Fox Hollow, City Park, Aurora Hills), and don't even think of comparing CG to privately owned public courses (Heritage Eagle Bend, Fossil Trace). So disappointing.

Great course, subtly difficult, challenges all levels of players. Just be sure to tee off from the right markers to avoid making the course impossible for yourself or far too easy

CommonGround - it's all in the name. They chose to be for everyone, even though they could be more exclusive. It is not some public course that has been shoehorned into an urban area. When you walk it you barely notice you're in the city. It's not an easy course if you're as inaccurate as me - that tall grass will get ya - but a great course for everyone. Driving range is great as well. The Par-3 course is really small and very cramped, so be aware of that. You will hit into people...

The course is awesome. The tee boxes even this early in the season were in great shape. The fairways on this course pretty wide and forgiving, but there are a decent amount of fairway bunkers scattered throughout to keep your aim true. The greens are some of the harder I've played on with lots of undulations, tiers, and the greens themselves were fast but tight and responsive to spin. The views of the Rocky Mountains in the background just add to this beautiful escape from the close by city.
