I have bad experience with front desk staff, specially The Indian old lady who always set on second chair , she is so rude , even doctor gave appointment but she denied . She don’t know how to handle patients , doctors are good , also other staff is supportive but i don't know why people who don’t have patients they are handling front desk with depressed face. So, i am not happy with front desk staff.

Why don’t you just update your hours instead of misleading patients to open 24h.

What a shame that the front desk ruins the reputation of the clinic. Dr. Manson is absolutely amazing but the receptionist make it impossible. The amount of attitude and rudeness you get just to book an appointment. You can barely get ahold of them, on hold for 30 mins, rude short responses, can’t get into to see the doctor for 3 weeeks. The receptionist Nicole is exceptionally rude, I haven’t had a single good experience with her nor my family members.

Came here for a medical renewal, Dr. Leili Pede was awesome! Very calm and caring demeanor, made me feel like a family member. I don't live around the Brampton area so it takes a while having to drive to Brampton East, but it was worth it!

I became a patient of Dr Shilash last year and I must say he is one of the most amazing doctor I have ever seem. He is very humble, respectful and always willing to listen. For the short time I have been his patient he has helped me so much and I have full faith and confidence in him. I recently brought my parents to him and they absolutely love him. I wish there was more doctors like him.

I would have gave this establishment 5 stars but unfortunately, they often make you wait a long time in the waiting room. Dr. Sankat is knowledgeable, kind Doctor who listens to all of your concerns.

I am giving one star solely based on my experiences I have had with the receptionists. I have been with BEM for over 10 years, one thing that hasn't changed is the attitude of the receptionists towards the patients. You only need one person to spoil the image of all receptionists. The one I spoke to was rude, "huffing and puffing" over the phone like she had to be somewhere and when asked to book an appointment for a requested date she says out aloud, "OMG!" That was it for me and I snapped at her for being so rude and that her behavior was unacceptable. I wonder if the HR even takes our complaints seriously and looks into such situations because if they had, the reviews wouldn't be this bad and the receptionists wouldn't be this rude!
