Beautiful chapel in the heart of the Hague. If you’re not religious, just take a moment to rest while sitting down in a gorgeously decorated chapel, framed by superb stained glass windows.
If you are religious, be aware that most celebrations are in Dutch. Confession is also provided in other languages depending on the availability of the friars.
On the ground floor you can find a beautiful café and shop. They sell homemade fresh cakes, coffee and tea as well as products made in different abbeys and convents around Europe.

Klein winkeltje van het klooster met beperkte openingstijden. Leuk als je op zoek bent naar specifieke lokale producten. Mijn amerikaanse gasten hadden iets meer verwacht van dit bezoek aan een 'abdijbrouwerij'

What can I say, they have a great shop with excellent monastary brewed beer. It is worth the price

Opportunity to go to Mass and to speak with a priest. Kind and welcoming atmosphere. Don´t forget to take a look in the Monastic Store. Hint: they sell excellent beer there!
