The flower garden was very nice, used up a lot of memory space haha, the castle was very busy so coming to the gardens, makes you feel extremely relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend coming to the gardens after going to the castle.
We absolutely loved the place.
Was here in early may and the gardens were a bit of a let down for us - the tulips had all vanished and the rest of the bloom was either over or yet to arrive . They should perhaps offer discounted tickets for in between blooms. But otherwise a good place to go for a relaxed day out
A little early for the Tulip Festival as they weren't in full bloom, but still beautiful to see and the gardeners have put in a massive effort to make it look so stunning.

The amount of attention and care they gave to my Dad was outstanding. They were so supportive and attentive to my Dad who needed a wheelchair and buggy and helped us and informed us every step of the way around the castle and gardens. Well done to all the staff there on Father's day!
