We ordered chaitea latte and apple tea. The employee took the entire change as a tip without asking me %. Anywy our order ready and she said "here chaitea latte and apple tea". And I took them and went to the sitting place. she came 5 minutes later with another coffee cup in her hand, put it hard on the table and said, "You stole other customer's drink!". Now I'm asking, if there was a confusion, is this the way to react? How could I have stolen a drink I paid for? And who are you to treat me like a thief? Teach your employees how to manage a crisis!!! Shame..

Me and my wife’s experience here was truly wonderful. The staff has the kindest people at any Starbucks we have ever been to. Honza (or his name may have been Homza) was a true gentleman and kind hard worker who went above and beyond for my wife and I. His attention to detail and manners went above and beyond and he truly was incredible.
Went to Starbucks in Prague tonight and from the moment we stepped through the door that atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly and the drinks were yummy. Very relaxing and fun cafe.

I love coming back. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly just like the staff.
The barista with Taylor Swift badges was very helpful and patient. He helped me with choosing a drink and even gave me an almond croissant for free.

Excellent Starbucks location! The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was great. We were in and out quickly and our drinks were well-made. I will definitely return here during my trip in Prague. They also have public toilets!
One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I was vibing and singing along to Taylor Swift in line and the barista wrote Taylor’s Version on my cup. The atmosphere is even better thanks to great music (including a lot of Taylor Swift in Taylor’s Version 😉). Would 100% recommend ❤️
