Very nice. Great costumer service serafina seems to be a coffee angel ;) tons of coffes and answers to all questions around coffee. Just imagine buying wine with great consulting and advise and replace the wine through coffee ;)

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
1.never answer an email.
2.ship wrong coffee
3.i had to call them to ask to ship my order after 2 weeks (3 weeks in total)
4.i get a second invoice of coffee i already paid
3.when i called them to report my 3 bad experience,
they even not proposed a refund or coupon.

I love coffee and this is my place to order coffee from . Huge selection . Stoll is my favorite brand btw. Delivery is fast and the coffee is fresh !

VERY bad customer service. I would never order a machine or coffee from them again!
Before ordering a coffee machine from Kaffeezentrale we contacted the company to ask if they could deliver the machine to our home address (as we did not want to attend a course nor wanted to drive to Uster). They confirmed that they could ship the machine so we placed our order.
After that everything went wrong:
- We received the coffee machine 3 weeks after we had ordered it
- We had to call the company several times as we did not hear anything from them after placing our order (sales clerk was on holiday and somehow our order went forgotten in the pipeline)
- When contacting them, they assured us that someone will look into our case and will call us back - NEVER happened! We had to chase them to get our coffee machine.
- After putting some pressure by claiming our money back they assured us that the machine would be delivered the next day. And to apologize for the inconvenience they would give us 3 kilo of coffee instead of the 2 kilo of coffee that we would receive anyway (nice gesture we thought)
- Next day the coffee machine did arrive. The sales clerk who was on holiday brought it himself. However we only received 1 kilo of coffee instead of the promised 3 kilo of coffee (so much for setting expectations right). And the sales clerk did not apologize.

Conclusion: All this chasing and calling the company was not worth it. If we would have known how much time and energy it caused us to get our coffee machine we would have ordered it from a different company.
