The road is in good condition. So you can go close—nearly 150 meters—to the waterfall. However, very limited parking is available. So you have to park your vehicle on the main access road.
This waterfall is situated in Thudugala Estate. There is a footpath towards the waterfall. Many locals and foreigners visit this place (many foreigners visit this place with their guides). There is no need to buy tickets to visit this place.
This waterfall has a few layers. You have to go along the footpath to see the top of the waterfall. The view from the top is absolutely eye-catching and panoramic. I saw people bathing in the bottom layer of the waterfall (so I believe that this place is safe to get a bath in).

Awdome place to visit in weekdays. No more far away and easy transportation. May need private vehicle and park near shop for 50 rupees. Nice place to have fun with friends and families. Not high water pools so that small children will enjoy. Lot of foreigners are coming quite frequently. Do not bring polythene and plastic. Save the place for the future generations.
