Dr John for phsyciatry is truely so insightful, inspiring and just upright professional. His style of communication breaks the barrier or traditional cold robotic and distant approach , instead you feel connected and sense his passion and sense of care for each patient he has. Absolutely reccomend

Very bad experience. She was questioning me for an hour and just to fill out her forms..! All I had was receiving an email with stretch sheets that I could have found myself in some websites.
Absolutely waste of time. ..! Didn't help at all, infact it enraged me even further.

My husband and I were very impressed with the initial meeting we had with the doctor and pharmacist when they agreed to take us on as patients. They were very thorough with us and gave lots of opportunity to ask questions. We've since moved provinces, but would definitely recommend checking them out for anyone needing a family doctor.

You are a supplicant, its like a boot camp. They open a docket on you and keep a list of all minor transgressions, real or not, you have no rights whatsoever and then they send a copy to your family doctor.

Their answering recording loops around and starts at the beginning when you push are number you are directed to push.

Their concern is to go through their lists of questions. No regard for you as a person and make you feel as if you do not matter whatsoever.

If and when the phone is finally answered the reception will not connect you to anyone without asking her long list of questions.

The dietician does not see the connection between weight and cholesterol management. I called to tell her I was running late and to ask if she would prefer to do a telephone consultation like we had always done or , if she preferred to wait for me. She told me we had an in person consultation. This after 11/2 hours of trying to get through to this ridiculous outfit. I was making a courtesy call and they blew it up into a major disaster. The web site looks very promising, it is not. I have never in my life heard of the nonsensical way this outfit is run, I will never ever, return here. They should be defunded. A complete waste to time.

Dr.Banwatt is an amazing doctor period. I remember back before he was my family doctor, I would make sure to visit him at the walk in because I always felt heard by him. It can be hard in my experience to find a doctor who really explains the background as to why they recommend/think something. I find this so helpful and builds great patient trust. I am so happy to be a family patient of this health care team, from the nurses to the receptionists and Dr. Banwatt I have nothing but great things to say. Not to mention it’s so cute inside and parking is never an issue.

Just got the Covid-19 booster shot with my wife and kids. The place is a bit hidden but once inside it’s very nice, modern and well maintained. But most importantly the people working there are welcoming, kind and efficient. Very good experience, highly recommended.

I've gotten my COVID vaccine and flu shot here and the entire team is fabulous. It's been a pleasure meeting and being treated by them. Would recommend the team to anyone seeking their services. Thank you.
