Dr. Teng, I love you but MCNT is the WORST...the assistants and receptionists here continue to mess up my prescription, send it to the wrong location..true story, I had to calll them 6 times over 3 weeks to get them to setup an MRI because MCNT didn't update the phone/fax number for the Touchstone Imaging...so even though I called MCNT and gave them the new number, one of the receptionists told me "well, that's not the number we have on file" to which I said "That's probably why they haven't been getting the faxes you sent over"...I still had to call three more times before someone at MCNT finally update their information.

MCNT is the textbook definition of bad customer service. I have been a patient of Dr. Teng for 15 years but ever since he moved to this location it has been unbearable.

Dr. Teng, if you're reading this, please go back to your own practice. I will be there as soon as you open the doors!
