Coach Max is awesome, i always have a hard relationship with the gym and working out due to lack of enjoyment of the trainning, but with Coach it was different and make me love going to the gym and the workout was awesome with a great follows up and understanding of what i wanted and help me in my journey, i would highly recommend to anyone who want to get a coach, just go for Max you won't be disapointed and you going to be in your best mental and physical shape of your life!

Max is an awesome trainer! He’s literally there for you every step of the way. Most trainers highlight the importance of physical health, but what makes Max so different is that he cares about his clients mental health as well and treats it just as important. He’s awesome!

Max was great. He’s a comprehensive trainer so he will go through aspects of your diet, sleep and workout. He keeps you accountable and helps you maintain your consistency. Would highly recommend anyone trying to get into shape and change their lives for the better.

Max’s unique coaching style has challenged me in new ways to break through plateaus and hit my goals physically and mentally. He is very motivational and inspiring, and helps me to give 110% in each of my workout sessions, even on the days when I don’t feel like it. I always leave each workout session feeling better and ready to conquer the rest of my day! My mind and body have changed for the best.

Having Max as my first personal trainer was a phenomenal experience. He would meet 1 on 1 weekly to see how I did with the workouts he assigned for me that week. If it was too easy, he would add more workouts/sets. He also created a document that was personally designed for me to show what I should be eating on a daily basis. I began to see results by following his workouts and diet in a couple weeks and I could feel myself getting stronger as well. Overall 10/10

Brother Max Has Designed a training program that makes going to the gym easy. Often you'll go to the gym and have to share the equipment with a mass of people also using the equipment. Using the Max Out Cocaching app allows you to alternate exercises which a recommendation of a different source of equipment that helps to achieve the same results. Enabling you to continue your workout with out having to wait for someone to finish using the machine.

Brother Max is a trainer that's sets aside his personal time to answer any questions. Training calls help you stay on target, motivated and help hold you accountable. I've enjoyed using the program and I recommend the program to anybody who is ready to be consistent and put in the work

How Max inspired me.

May 16th 2018, It was around the time I was yet again going to try and attempt to lose weight. It was hard enough getting pumped to go to the gym and staying on track already and that's when I saw Max's video of him doing some unhuman like movements on a pull up bar. It sparked something in me to go and get what I wanted, it's not going to magicaly fall into my lap. Seeing him push his own body to the maximum made me want to do the same. I belive if you surround yourself with nothing but motivators they will begin to rub off on you and that he did. Thank you Max for being you.
