The food is good but very pricey. Waiters are very nice but the the service is extremely slow.

We ended up here after dismissing a few alternatives. My chicken Caesar was OK. As was my wife's salmon salad. Not horrible but nothing special.
For me, this concept is a little tired now. The chain would benefit from improving their food and not leaning so heavily on their image.

Beautiful interior, great music and good food. Service was a little slow despite the restaurant not being that busy.
Great place to hear live music. Not so fan of the food but is good enough. The Santiago Hard Rock Cafe is located in a great zone of the city and as all others Hard Rock Cafes is decorated with tons of memoriabilia of music stars.
A very standard Hard Rock Cafe franchise, which means that everything is basically how it is used to be. We have souvenir shopping inside, bands, classical HRCafe's drinks, and so on
