Network for Good

We did a fundraiser for therapeutic horseback riding thru Network for Good/Facebook - Meta Pay the last 3 years In Memory of Our daughter for her birthday.
They still owe us $50 from her 23rd birthday last July!
I've been in contact since December.
It's ridiculous!
They keep saying they are working on it.
They have had more than "enough" time to "investigate"!
It's plain as day what we raised and what Random Canyon received.
I've wasted so much time on this! Such a HUGE headache!
I do NOT recommend using it as their customer service is AWFUL!
Warn others!
THE TOTAL RAISED WAS $1,420!
They only sent us $1,370!
We are still owed $50!
I feel like if I wouldn't keep following up on this I would never hear from them again!

WORST organization. They keep your money hostage for over 45 days (to gain interest on it I’m sure) and then if you switch payout methods let’s say from check to direct deposit - they hold it for ANOTHER 45 days!!! How is this legal?

It’s nearly 2023 - we live in a digital age - it does not take 45 DAYS to issue a direct deposit!

I’ve had really great support this far. I really love the software. I’d love to eliminate the processing fees on the donation transactions. Otherwise I have zero complaints.

Great company to work for and as a user of the system myself, I've directly seen the positive impact that the Network for Good program can have on a small nonprofit organization!

Network for Good is a disgrace; charging almost 4% in fees is outrageous. Waiting over 2 months to receive donations made through a facebook fundraiser is ridiculous! Steer clear of Network for Good!!!!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. We are a non-profit dog rescue and had a fundraiser on 9/9/19 and raised close to $13,000. Check was supposedly mailed and when i checked, they said that it had cleared so they would reissue another one. That was in December and after being told 3 times over the past few months that check has been issued, after 7 months we still do not have one, even though correspondence 2 weeks ago said they would send express mail. In the meantime, we have gotten several much smaller checks from them. BE VERY CAREFUL because they will hold your money and continue to make excuses

As a nonprofit agency...Having used the Network for Good services for the website at my last agency, I was excited to try the full functionality at my new agency. Data entry is not too difficult in the system, but my major complaint is that the DATA IS NOT ACCURATE. After talking to a customer service and supervisor, I was told that they recognize this is a problem but that changes take a long time to make, so I could call them back every few weeks to see if there were plans to fix it. But as of now, they were not going to do anything.

Not impressed that they recognize they are providing INCORRECT DATA, yet aren't doing anything to fix it. Time to start looking for another system.

If i could give them a zero star I would. Takes 3 months or longer to get your donation from Network for Good; especially when its from Facebook or other methods. Not sure why. Also one of the checks were lost and it never made it to me. I emailed them and they claimed to have sent it but it never arrived. I will no longer use their services for my nonprofit organization.
