Motion law is an exceptional law firm that takes time to look into your case and help you navigate the system. They are prompt in response and proactive in cases they need to attend to.
These people only care about robbing people of their money while they sit back and not motion even a finger. My colleague always seems stressed out and makes attempts to get in contact or update on her and her family’s status. They either put her on hold for 20+ minutes or don’t answer at all. I wish there was something I could do to help her out!
Worst experience ever. If I can give a 0 star I will. It took them months to tell me that they cannot do anything about my case, I’ve been chasing them for the past few months regarding my case if they already file it but they never did. All I get is they’re going to call me back but they never did. Now I’m only asking for my refund but I’m still ended up chasing them because they don’t know how to communicate.
I am very grateful to Motion Law, an excellent and friendly work staff who are undoubtedly the best in a very fast time, their professionalism gave me results and if it had not been their help I would not have achieved great things in my life, seriously many heartfelt thanks to Motion Law .
Very bad in keeping communication with clients and when you call for the paralegals, they don't call back, you will have to chase after them. You will however get calls from the one who charges your account without fail.
I retained this law firm back in either late September or October of 2022. They just recently got the FOIA request and the $500 was the most expensive email I ever received. I asked for it to be mailed to me and still haven't received it. They are overwhelmed and it reflects on the negligence to the client.
I was noticed today that my case was not taken for almost 3 months due to someone vacation and left the firm. I called every 2 days for 3 weeks and sent almost 8 emails to the person in charge. The only thing they were able to tell me that they were truly sorry but this case is my future, they are not taking it seriously
