Veronica was very helpful in helping me to rent storage units. She took care of everything for me. Very nice person.

I used Chase Street Storage for a short time, to store my mother's belongings after she passed. I was able to move her things from a larger unit there to a smaller unit, and the employees were so gracious and kind in assisting me and answering all my questions. Everyone I spoke to there was accommodating and professional, and I would 100% use them again for my storage needs. Many many thanks to everyone there!

Just taking a moment to acknowledge the wonderful service I received from Misty and her colleague at Chase St storage this past weekend. They went above and beyond to help me out, and were super patient while I tried to understand the charges and costs. Needless to say, despite issues that were beyond their control regarding the charges and a cranky online system, Misty and her colleague said they would sort it out and email me - and they did! Refreshing to have people work hard to handle customer service. Thanks so much! The rental unit (a 5x5) was clean, access to unit and building straightforward, and thus far a great experience.

Veronica and Joseph continue to keep this facility going (not sure how!). However, it has been clear for a year and a half that management is woefully lacking. The keyless entry system malfunctions when the wind blows (I no longer come here after hours due to wasted trips). The lack of motion detection sensor in the middle of the aisle requires one to pace up and back every every 10 minutes so that the overhead lighting will turn/remain on. This is a no-lose business in a college town, but it is shameful that management operates like they know it, too. Geez.

If you buy storage here make sure you either water proof everything or get insurance. We had two units in the air conditioned building and after the thunderstorm, our storage had a lot of water in it. Thankfully most of things were in boxes and we didn't have any cloth furniture.

Other than this, the storage is great. It's airconditioned, and you need a code to get in for security.
