Nice place and good service. Good quality offers and creative products in store. Need some more slow ev chargers to help people charge cars overnight

Basmati microwaveable rice. Wow on quality & price. Proper good. Only thing came in on Wednesday. And people were forced to qué on self service. Some with big shopping. Until I spoke up. Then I was told I may not be served. Yet then one woman jumped on checkout. Cos they knew I was right. All that headache. Really!?? And they need keep hold of Asian security guards. These black ones are docile & unmannered.!! There was 3 women staff at self checkout not doing nothing! When they had keys to go on the tills etc. as qué was long. A joke on service.

There’s a very very rude female clerk (looks like she's from Southern Asia) around self-checking-out counters, one of the most horrible ppl I’ve ever seen. I went to the checkout with lots of items and asked her if I could keep the basket for a while to manage the groceries so I could leave the counter for others waiting there (I mentioned that I would not take the basket away). I was very polite but she didn't understand me and simply commanded "say it again" with a quite defensive tone. I was very sleepy that time and I didn't wanna conflict so I said it again. She agreed but later she just took my basket away when I was almost done with the checkout. I was so confused said excuse me then she just put it down and left without saying anything...? Obviously she remembered exactly what I said and still took the basket away （on purpose！）, and my intention was just to make the queue behind me shorter. The clerks I met before had been nice but I've never come again since this person has traumatised me, good for her☠️☠️☠️ Just get her reeducated or maybe a therapist.

I used to like this Lidl. Staff was friendly and nice. Especially one lady from Bavaria and one lovely English lady. Yesterday I used self service check out. There was this new guy who didn't do anything. He wouldn't even pick up the baskets that fell over. Everything was so dirty and filthy. The scanner window was so filthy it didn't want to scan. When I asked to have it wiped, he refused. Guy was tall, dark, with a beard, I guess of West Asian origin. So rude! I will never go there again!

Good supermarket very busy all times. Plenty of parking available. They should do halal products also.

The architecture is incredible and the food is great the people are really friendly real mix of different cultures. But I wouldn't recommend staying for longer than a few weeks, cos you've seen most of what's worth seeing within a couple of weeks.

Not the best Lidl. Been a few times in the last year. Freezer doors still don't close properly. Had a trolley but only self service open. The one member of staff tried his best but need to constantly override our till, due to no basket, and deal with everyone else.
