Best car wash I’ve ever been to. Very thorough and careful, will definitely be going back

Very bad experiance last week. The car wash should open at 9:00 but when i have arrived, it has been closed. Somebody came at 9:15 to open. Alone. I have been the first car - in fact the only as well. After one hour, the car was ready. First impression - it was not very well dried, and inside, is smelled horible. Later i have noticed that the frond window has been cleaned with something strange, so even now, after a week and lots of rain, the wipes are not able to remove water. The smell is still in the car. There are many areas in and outside, which has not been touched. And all that on price of £45!!!! Mever again on that car wash.
I would recommend others to avoid as well.

They tried to charge me the volume 4 car price, despite my car being a small Honda jazz, and would not honour the 20% NHS discount which is on their website. Overall did a very good job inside and out however disappointing that they try to over charge and do not honour the discount.

Good but pricey. I went the other day to enquire about washing my mini hatch and a wash and wax was £12.. Last time I used them they did an good job on the mini valet but my parking permit went missing. Luckily I was reimbursed by the friendly staff member at the car wash but now the prices have gone up I probably won't go back.

I regularly have my bmw g30 washed here. Very courteous and professional service provided by Ali and the team. Thank you. Great attention to details and all only Autoglym products are used.

Excellent service! After waxing with polishing, my car (4x4 big SUV) looked so shiny (46.0 pounds paid in total). The manager and his colleagues are friendly and polite. Cleaning and waxing were completed in 45 minutes, it's amazing! Thanks their hard work!

The guys at Waves Stretford did an excellent job with my Fiesta! It was filthy (both inside and out) after a road-trip to Scotland and after about 45 minutes with these guys, it looked and smelled like a brand new car! A bit on the pricey side, but I suppose you get what you pay for - so well worth it. Highly recommend them, and would definitely return.
