Rude staff - I went for a top up and wasn't asked about the rewards card - usually at Texaco, I pay first and then they put the points on the card. But at this one he said it was too late and they needed to scan the card first ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Pretty standard garage. They close the shop during the night.
You can top up British Gas electric and gas cards here. The staff are kind and helpful.
The car wash is ok, prices similar to other local car washes.
There is plenty of space to park if you need to pop in.

Missing parcel and absolutely terrible customer service. Texaco should reconsider keeping a business with these people. And based on the other reviews of missing/stolen parcels, I wouldn't be suprised if they were stealing them.

This garage throttles your petrol for the first second or two at the start of fuelling and also at the end. You can feel the feedback from the pump on how much gas is going into your tank, keep your eye on the meter, that stays constant but you'll feel the pressure drop via your hand. Noticed this years ago, for that reason I only ever use this station in an emergency. Never had this in any other garage I've used. Imagine how much money they can make a day if they just short you of £1 of petrol, with todays prices that could be £2 per customer.
My parcel disappeared again I have check the tracking show some one with KARIM Signeted for at the Gorton service station. Poor service. They lost my parcel never pay for lost.
This garage is absolutely shocking, no doubt the worst in Manchester. I had my parcel dropped off here for collection and it was a total disaster. Firstly they messed me around for days denying that they had ever received it.
After pressuring them and showing proof of delivery they finally admitted to having it but refused to give it to me.
I had to escalate a formal complaint with the delivery courier and threaten police involvement before the garage eventually allowed the parcel to be re-collected back by FedEx.
The garage employee I dealt with was beyond useless, He does not have a clue how to do his job, he is very rude, disrespectful and has zero customer or communication skills.
I will never step foot in this garage or use it as a drop off point location ever again and I 100% would recommend you AVOID this place at all costs.

Nice and clean Petrol pump, easy to use and did full fill the purpose. They have snacks, drinks, and hot drinks too. Overall good place to fill up your fuel tank.
