The rude staff make the experience even worse rather drive down the hill to the other Asda way better staff products and shopping experience.

The bike park is not really fit for purpose. It looks like someone thought “oh, we need a bike parking place here” and stuck one in the corner of the car park. There should be dropped kerbs all around to gain access but instead I have to negotiate a kerb first to get in then a kerb down into it. It should be accessible like their staff bike parking lockers with dropped kerbs all around, (though, in all the years that I have been going there for years, I have yet to see anyone either locking their bike up or taking a bike out.
The motorbike parking is no better really as there is no posts to secure your motorbike to. I would never take mine there and besides you have to first get round the cars that shouldn’t be park there in the first place!

Had to join more shoppers to find a trolley today before i could shop, again! Was face with a topless man while buying my fruit and veg, not a pretty sight why is this allowed. This was saturday 10th June around 2pm.

This place just gets worse and worse. Complete lack of products available, absolutely no shopping trolleys in the place, other than the lucky 5 or so people that managed to get one, making doing a shop incredibly difficult!!

Ever need cigarette's and alcohol on a bank holiday, the best place to go.
It's a petrol station. Diesel is usually about a penny cheaper here than Sainsbury's in Cheadle.

Just popped in as they had an M&S, have to share what lovely staff they have here. So helpful and happy. Love places that have friendly service, makes this BP extra special.

It’s handy and they keep prices low. People moaning about the lights or queues… it’s a supermarket what do they expect? Get up early and you’ll fly in and out.

The sign said one price, the diesel was charged at a much dearer price, the assistant (I use that term looseley) could not tell me why.

Will try charging you extra ,guy tried charging me £3.89 for a bottle of Sprite,absolutely a rip off , Petrol is expensive than other stations ,and they will short change you ,be careful.
The price cannot usually be beaten except by Costco. Some pumps are cash only at this day and age!

Unbelievable experience this evening at the click and collect, I got there at 17.30 (should have been ready between 4-5) as my order on the app wasn’t showing to find out what the issue was only to find two other customers had been waiting for over an hour without anyone updating them as to what was going on.
I went into the store to speak to a manager and the helpful staff on customer service went to ask for the store Manager, Mr Gill who would not come to speak to me. (Apparently it wasn’t his department!)
I went back to the gate and spoke to the person called Martin again and he actually said to me he was sick of people moaning at him about it and then ignored me to speak to delivery collection driver. When I asked him to get someone to come out to speak to me and tell me what was going on no one would and he then just shrugged his shoulders.
Eventually after I went back into the store the lady in charge of click and collect spoke to me to apologise and mine was finally ready. I was shocked to learn on my arrival home that lots of items were missing such as washing powder and bananas yet the store must have them in stock!
It would have been quicker and better customer service to just tell me they can pick the order snd I’d have done the shopping myself!
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with clearly no leadership in place. I won’t be shopping here again after over 3 years of using this service.

3rd cheapest petrol station in the northwest so a great place to full up your thirsty car plus drop in at Asda where you will find lots to explore and buy 100% recommended.

Card only, and they take £100 off ur card, whatever u put in, and u don't get it back for around 24h, that's put me off using the petrol station.
The fuel here is reasonably priced and the people who work here are always friendly and quite chatty. Recommended for fuel if you're in the area and don't want the hassle of waiting in a queue at a supermarket petrol station.
For fuel is a good place but for food is a bad choice, we brought some Samosas there and all then are with that disgusting green fluffy when the food goes bad expire date was 26th July...
Hi can you please tell me why the petrol station is shut at at 8am and 3.30 in the afternoons. Excact times where 7.52 am and 15.38 pm . Twice I have called for petrol at different times on different day and its been shut. Is this a regular occurance or are you having issues . Never has any issues before ?

I arrived at Redish Asda petrol station at 9.45/49pm - online its stated you close at 10pm. When I arrived at the petrol station which was coned off and a gentleman with a large white beard was in the hut. I approached him and asked if the petrol station closes at 10pm as I need fuel to go to work tomorrow and this petrol station was the cheapest one in the area, he told me to go else where as he has to close at 9.45 so he has time to close everything down. If you close at 9.45 then it should state this online to accommodate to your staffs comfort. I am quite frustrated to be quite honest, I drove 3 miles to your petrol station only to find out it was closed and then to be spoken to in a demeaning tone. I work shifts in the NHS and this was the only time I was able to get fuel that day, but he told me about a garage round the corner which was over 10p more than Asda.... Thanks 👍🏽. If I wanted to put in over priced fuel I wouldn't have driven 3 miles out😑
so i promised when the asda petrol station opened that i would be loyal & continue to get my petrol here .. which i have BUT it’s also my ‘corner shop’ BUT i’m sick of being given the wrong cigarettes which they then won’t change because they have been opened & the VERY cheeky price rises on the simple things proper naughty ..
Been here quite a few times, the brand new petrol station is nice and big and has lots of space to manoeuvre your vehicle and also offers free water and air which is amazing!
Pay at pump system. You have to put your card before you can load the fuel. No much time on. The traffic lights at the exit you can spend ages.
This place is fabulous with a mini pizza hut takeaway inside. All the basics you could need from the shop, a totally wicked stand for vape liquids and accessories and a Starbucks machine. They have a good selection of toiletries, car products, pet food and general groceries. It's worth a trip just for the pizza hut!

Given the place a few chances, but the prices not matching the shelf edge tickets, ridiculous fuel prices compared to others locally and the general demeanour of staff (maybe I’ve been in on a bad day) have made it an easy decision to go elsewhere.
Called last night to pick up a "too good to go" was told they had none to give. I was a bit put out as it was second night in a row that it had been cancelled but this time I had travelled to get the goods. I was sent a message to say it was cancelled after I got home but I haven't had a refund? This is the second time it's been cancelled and no refund. Won't be bothering again. Staff were apologetic though
The petrol from here is 100% watered down. I fill my tank to the max and normally get around 80 miles before it goes down a notch and filled it up from here and got 39 miles before it went down a notch. Thats 50p per mile. Definitely NOT right
The WORST petrol station. One of the pumps is reeeaaalllly slowwwwwwwww. Once I went and had to move around 3 different pumps until I found one working. Barely ever gives receipts

Went here to wash my car. Put £7 in the jet wash. The lance pressure was absolutely rubbish, there was pressure but just not enough to get any dirt off the car. Ended up putting another £2 in as I was having to use the brush for so long. Rinse pressure was rubbish also. Went in afterwards and complained to the guy behind the till. He said “so your car is washed?” I said yes, but it took ages and it’s not actually clean because your lance won’t remove any dirt! He asked what I wanted!! I said maybe a refund or part refund. I am not a complainer normally. Said yes speak to the manager. Went in the back. Girl comes out says she’s standing in for the manager and has no access to the safe!!!!!! Said I could come back Monday and see the manager!! Asked if they will close the car wash so others don’t use it, she just shrugged! I told a guy waiting not to bother using it!!Absolutely rubbish customer service, staff seriously don’t car.

Air machine was free before. Now it’s 50p for 3minutes.
I am a disabled driver. I Queued up for petrol there last Saturday, they informed me they only had super unleaded petrol in stock, so I put £20 in. As soon as I left the forecourt after paying, my engine (running perfectly before) started clipping and stalling. I struggled to get it home but after it had been parked for a while it would not start when I went back to it. I called out a breakdown service who couldn't find the problem and in the end had to have the car towed to my local garage. My garage later informed me they had to completely drain the fuel tank and change all of the spark plugs as it had been filled with "dodgy" petrol which wouldn't even burn when they tested it afterwards. Consequently I was left with a hefty repair bill. When I looked online for the station's telephone number in order to complain it came back as "number not recognised". Luckily I paid by card so the payment was recorded. My garage have retained the petrol they drained off and I am seriously thinking of taking this to trading standards. One week later and they haven't even bothered replying to my review...

Small non manned filling station. Card payment only. It is what it is.
It's an unmanned petrol station. There is no forecourt and it isn't open 24/7. It only has 4 pumps as it's small. Diesel and petrol are sold here.
Live local to site which if I’m honest is scruffy and poorly maintained (grass etc) staff are ok till you have an issue if its M&S they work for BP & vice versa.

Yet again the large girl refused to fix the coffee machine saying it’s not her job this is the second time she has point blank refused to put milk in the coffee machine at this bp 24hr services getting on the motorway tired is never good so you pull off for a coffee like your told to and just get spoken to rudely
Pretty uneventful visit. It's self service island so pretty you just do it yourself. One pump out if order so a little slower than usual.
Handy but beware of opening hours tightly coupled to store opening - i.e. not 24 Hours Probably security reasons.
A small well stocked Shell garage. Don't be fooled by the Spar, Starbucks and other logos, it's a tiny shop. But overall I would call and get fuel from here if passing.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Quite a selection of products on offer in-store. The station can get quite busy during the usual school run times.
Apart from higher prices of fuel, it is convenient shop. Staff are friendly thought sometime tills are bit slow. Shop has M&S food store. Toilet facilities available. On the go coffee available. Lots of sugary chocolates and sweet on sale - which is a thumbs down.

This place is never overly busy, but with Asda much cheaper next door (almost) I'd say the prices aren't competitive but just remember you can't use cash at the Asda petrol station

Sells calor gas for bbq's and patio heaters etc but didn't show up when I searched for stockists close to me so was able to get it on a hot bank holiday weekend when no one else had any in stock although it was a little more expensive there. P.s no Gregg's or subway but has a Starbucks machine.
Quick and easy to use, all pay at the pump no need to queue to wait to pay in store. Light and well sign posted for fuel and how to use the pump.
Waited 20 mins for staff to come back to serve.sign read back in 5.wanted to fill wagon up and was running late. Other people complaining. Must of lost hundreds of pounds in missed sales.never go again.

Not sure about the petrol station itself, but there is a self-service car wash which I use every week and it is great. If you prefer to wash your car yourself, I can recommend this place.
One of the cheapest petrol stations of Manchester. It's connected with Asda supermarket and Mcdonald, so whether you came to grocery or to get food, you can fill you car with the lowest costs available on fuel ⛽. Card and cash both are accteped here.

One of those garages where you put in £X.00 petrol in and by the time you get to till its tipped over another couple of pence. Happened at least half a dozen times now. Have suggested to them they get pumps checked.
