Very friendly and helpful branch. Too late as I we'll be closing my account on Thursday at Brisbane CBD. I contacted BCU because there was no message on the website and app that my account was blocked as I was using a VPN to protect my account and customers service not reading my feedback as they responded you have to go into the branch to update your pay ID even those if they read my feedback they would see I pointed out I kept being logged out of the app when clicking on the message from BCU regarding updated pay ID terms and conditions, still no response if I have to pay $10 for the membership.

Have not visited the "new branch" on the 8th floor of an office building in the middle of the CBD. Reason? Where do I park? As a self employed tradie and long time BCU member, I found the decision to relocate the "branch" from South Brisbane to the middle of the City quite strange if simply for access reasons only.
Where is the concern for members who don't live/work in the City? And here I was thinking that BCU was trying to expand the member base here in Brisbane. If that is the case, Management have dropped the ball. Good luck signing up new members.
