Just a kind reminder that CCB Australian Branches operate under wholesale banking license in Australia, which means the Branches are unable to serve retail customers that had the accounts/card opened in China. The branches are also not licensed to carry out cash-based Foreign Exchange for retail customers. If you need assistance relating to your bank card in China, the best course of action is to call the help line. The help line number is +86-district number (i.e. 10 for Beijing, 21 for Shanghai, and 20 for Guangzhou etc.)-95533. Meanwhile, CCB UnionPay cards can withdraw at most ATMs that support UnionPay in Australia. Yearly limit of US$50k equivalent AUDs applies for cash withdraws. Best wishes and stay safe in Australia.
