B R Lewis Chemist

First I called this chemist where the phones are not answered. Was waiting for 30 mins trying to call and when I went in to the chemist the service was terrible.

Useless covid appointment booked today for 910am 7people in front waiting when I got there noone doing anything !!!!
No excuse as ment to be open from 830 am waste if time and no respect !

Phone constantly engaged tried for 5 straight hours to make a telephone order , someone is ending the calls, when I turned up to the pharmacy the phone still engaged, was told to busy to answer, what about if an elderly patient needed to order a prescription, disgraceful service!!

Arranged a 2pm appointment for today 28/4/23 for a booster Covid had as I have a weakened immune system, the queue was almost out the door I asked if we were called by name and appointment time and was told no it’s first come first served??? I was eventually called in got my jab but was APPALLED when the administering clinician tore the tape to cover the cotton wool dressing WITH HIS TEETH I was disgusted and if my arm had not been bleeding I would have refused the dressing. A thoroughly awful experience was not even given time to put my jacket back on before the next person was called in. Will formally complain to the NHS and Bexley Councils consumer services. My first and last visit to this awful Chemist.

We are writing to NHS England about the disgusting treatment experienced at this pharmacy. They laughted and mocked my father's prescription for his Ileostomy bag and withheld medicine unfairly. Apparently, it's selfish for us to ask them to hold 3 packets of Dioralyte whilst we sought to renew a prescription (that they originally had but let expire without fulfilling it) but it was OK for us to just purchase the 3 packets without a prescription. Evidently, it's not selfish if they are making money. They are extremely rude, arrogant, and discriminatory. They never have any stock and don't bother to even try get things in. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Customer service assistants need to realise they are not doctors, especially the young girl with glasses. There's plenty of chemists in the area, so I'm surprised you can afford to lose customers. I would give this place a miss if I were you.

I have been with this chemist for a while now and after trial and error of others I have found B R Lewis to be the best. Very quick and efficient, mostly always have the stuff in i require, have a very varied stock and offer a lot of services. Staff are very friendly i highly recommend.
