Emirates Post Sharjah Central Post Office

My brother send me something from india but when I reached there they told me that one thing is not allowed.
That thing was so important for me and even that parcel had every documents inside it.
But when I told them that this thing is very important and if you want then I can share anything u want from my side but they just deny it and told me that they can't do anything about My problem.
Then I told them just let me talk to that person who is not allowing this thing but they just told me that we can't give you that thing that's it.
They don't even listen to my problem properly. They just said "khallass".
This is not the proper way to handle anyone. If I'm saying anything u should listen that first properly after that you can come on conclusion. But it was very bad experience for me because I'm here on tourist purpose but the way they treat me it was not appropriate.

I had a bad experience with empst. I was supposed to receive my parcel on 3rd Sept but they did not call me or try to contact me. When I called them csr said they called me but no1 answered which was a lie. Then they told they will deliver on 7th but nobody contacted again and I had to call again, the csr told I will receive on 8th but the delivery person told he will come on 9th morning. I waited whole morning and they came in the afternoon. Such a drag!!!

Great customer service...... based on my experience, employees are very approachable and kind hearted.....

The staff at the Post-office are very cooperative and friendly to assist the public. If the Management could do a study on the existing procedures, I am sure they would be able to identify at least certain areas where they could use modern machines such as X-Ray machines and so on, to get a faster turn out. Overall I am impressed by the staff's friendly dealing with the clients.

I visited this place recently to collect emirates ids. Usually crowded in the evenings. But they are very systematic and efficient in handling large crowd. The working time is from 8am to 8pm. They have enough parking space available inside the premises.
We can also apply international driving licence from this place. This central post offce is one of the oldest land mark in the area. Easy access from Abu Shagara, Bu Daniq, Gold souq, Jubail Bus Station and Rolla area. Since it is located on one side of the roundabout, we can access from 5 different routes.
