Corning Preserve Boat Launch

Real easy to pull up and launch. A lot of spots to park a trailer with a truck 🛻

Good fishing spot with lots of portapottys. Great chance to see hawks, falcon, bald eagles

Had a good run down by the Hudson River on this path, was kinda windy but the path is very well maintained. The path also has benches to sit down when you need a break which is very thoughtful.

I rode the bike trail which was wonderful. I did not use the boat ramp, seems there were boaters using it with ease

Best place to sit and watch boats getting into Hudson and out. Sit and see trains passing by, Railway bridge open for bigger boats/ships. I used to go here every week or so when I was in Albany.

Yes, this place is one of the most favorite places among the gay population in Albany. So, if it happens you are visiting the Capitol Hill, don't forget to visit this Park. It is located Along the Hutson River.
Moreover, regardless what the media say about New York State's Capital, this place is where people put aside their prejudices and narrow way of thinking, making of it a real melting pot 🍲. I just love it.

I enjoy walking at the Corning Preserve and being near the water. You do have to stay aware of your surroundings. I do wish it was a little cleaner, a lot of litter. Overall, its a beautiful place to walk.
