Helpful friendly staff. Lines move fast and there is also a self serve kiosk in lobby where you can do everything yourself
This branch did not deliver an urgently needed package to a perfectly good address. The automated customer service phone number was zero help. I had to sit on the line in silence after the menu was complete for 5 minutes before it finally redirected me to a real person.
After sitting on hold for another 20 mins the person answered and said they couldn't do anything but they did give me the number for this branch. I called the branch several times and they did not answer any of my calls.

Bad customer service. Employee I was with seemed annoyed to assist me. She has a look on her face before I even walked up and said they couldn't offer a service that I checked online to make sure they do. As a long time retail employee I'm extremely surprised how apathetic and bothered the employees here seem
Expect all your mail and all your money to be lost if you’re in this area code. I’ve now lost over $200 within the year because of them. Of course no reimbursement or care to find them.
Been calling for 1 and 10 min.hour and know one is still anwsering the phones yet know wonder they. Went in to the main downtown post office the female all the way to the left counter was the most disrespectful person I've ever had the misfortune of talking with she was rude and emencly sarcastic this female should not be working with the public her attitude has soured over the years I'm sure but she still shouldn't be working with normal friendly people that treat each other with respect and compassion for this female had none to offer.

Just picked up a package and had the absolute worst customer experience of my life. ANDREA was working 9.21.23 @12:40pm and was extrmely rude and seemed terribly annoyed to be asked to do her job. I strongly reccomend letting her go or not letting her have any interaction with customers moving forward. She made snotty comments toward me although I was nothing but polite.
The worst in service .. by phone or website. Usps HAS to get human beings to take care of “other” issues like loss of mail key etc. This main sr branch’s phone system is useless you wait for a minute and a half minute just hangs up lol! Basically there’s a old dusty phone hanging on the corner no one pays attention too. For those who are disabled , elderly or have no way of driving to a usps branch your out of luck. Straighten up no wonder other delivery services are profiting as your sinking. This is directed at the man at the top post office general. Love my delivery drivers!
